1 The OMV figures in our database have been obtained from publicly available sources. Visitors are strongly encourage to verify these figures with the authorised dealers.
2 Base cost includes import duty, ARF and GST at 5%. It excludes dealer overheads and profit margins, registration fee, cost of local accessory installation, number plates, IU unit, radio license, insurance premiums and road tax.
3 For the purpose of comparison, we use Category A COE prices for cars with engine capacities of less than 1600cc and Category B COE prices for all other cars or users can enter their own COE prices here, for example, if they wish to use a Category E (Open) COE.
4 Prices in our database are updated once a month from publicly available sources (default) or users can enter the latest price or a special price they have access to in this field.
5 Residual at year 5 is calculated as follows: 75% of ARF paid + 50% of default category COE paid. If a Category E COE is used which costs less than the prevailing default category COE, the residual at year 5 as calculated by the database will not be valid.
6 Residual at year 10 or PARF benefit excludes any “body” value and is calculated as 50% of ARF paid. ARF is currently 110% of OMV.
7 Residual at year 10 is calculated using the following formula (Car price – PARF benefit at year 10) / 10.
8 Road tax is calculated using the current road tax structure which can be found at onemotoring.com.sg
