This database of reliable sales professionals is constantly updated and we appreciate feedback from our clients about their experiences with them.

No longer will you have to walk into a showroom "cold" not knowing what to expect. With the Good Service Locator Program, you can be assured that you will receive the professional attention that you deserve.

In the spirit of promoting good service within the industry, the Good Service Locator Program is provided at no cost.

* Some people buy cars for very specific reasons like “my husband/ wife/ mother/ father/ son/ daughter insists on this model”, etc.

c) Vehicle Sourcing
If you have already identified a specific make and model and would like us to attempt to source the vehicle for you, we will use our network of dealers to locate the better deal. This applies to even if you have already received a quote for the vehicle that you are interested in.

d) Group Buy
FussFree Auto is pleased to offer Singapore's first organised independent Group Buy scheme.

A Group Buy works by getting together 2 or more buyers who have already decided to buy the same brand of car so that each member of the group can enjoy a discount on their individual purchases.

Once a group for a brand has been formed, FussFree Auto will formalise the group and issue the necessary documentation to support the group discount.

Depending on the brand of car, a group of 2 may be enough to enjoy a significant discount. Needless to say, the larger the group and the more expensive the cars in question, the larger the eventual discounts. 

In order to benefit from the Group Buy scheme, you will need to fulfill the following criteria:

• You have already decided on the car you want
• You are not locked into a particular sales consultant at the dealership in question
• You are prepared to wait up to 1 month for FussFree Auto to form a large enough group to qualify for a discount.

FussFree Auto endeavours to form groups at 2 week intervals to coincide with each COE bidding exercise. However, in some months, groups are formed only once a month depending on demand during that particular month.
